TMZ has obtained the mugshot of "Growing Up Gotti" star Frank Agnello, who was busted on drug charges earlier this month in New York. He's practically unrecognizable without gobs of hair gel and assorted gaudy chains. The 16-year-old grandson of the late mobster, "Teflon Don" John Gotti, was pulled over on November 10th, after blowing through a red light. Cops say they found marijuana, OxyContin and morphine pills in the console, glove compartment and trunk of Agnello's 2006 Chrysler Pacifica. They also found OxyContin and morphine pills in the purse of Juliana Buckley, Agnello's passenger. Agnello faces two misdemeanor charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance; he and Buckley are due in court on January 24. We'll see if these charges stick. Source: TMZ

Frank Agnello - better known as Frank Gotti, a star on the popular television show "Growing Up Gotti" - was pulled over by Suffolk police in Dix Hills earlier this month and arrested on drug charges. The 16-year-old was driving two friends in his 2006 Chrysler Pacifica on South Hollow Road, when he was pulled over for a traffic stop at about 8 p.m. on Nov. 10, according to police and court records. Authorities discovered several OxyContin pills, a prescriptive pain killer that also is used as a recreational drug, inside the car that none of the teens would claim. As a result, all three were charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, Det. Sgt. Bruce Markgraf said. Agnello, of Old Westbury, and Juliana Buckley, 17, of Dix Hills, also were charged with criminal possession of marijuana, court records state. The third friend is a juvenile. His name was withheld by police. Once in police custody, Agnello's mother, Victoria Gotti, went to the Second Precinct in Huntington - not far from where he runs Gotti Tans on West Jericho Turnpike - to bail out her son. "It was like something out of their little TV show," said a witness who did not want to be identified. The witness said John Gotti Jr., Agnello's uncle, also showed up the precinct. Agnello was given a desk appearance ticket and is scheduled to be arraigned in Suffolk County Criminal Court in January. Agnello's attorney said he will enter a not guilty plea. "There were no drugs found on his person," said W. Adam Mandelbaum, of Oyster Bay, who is representing the youngest of the three Gotti brothers. Mandelbaum said the pills were found in one friend's handbag. He had few other details to release about the alleged crime. "Right now, the case is under investigation," Mandelbaum said. Buckley and her family could not be reached for comment. On one of his Web sites, Agnello, the grandson of mobster John Gotti, says he is a student at St. Dominic High School in Oyster Bay. He authored a book called "The Gotti Diet," in which he describes losing 80 pounds in a year before starting the reality television show. "Ironically, he is also an excellent cook and hopes to one day own his own restaurant," the official "Growing Up Gotti" Web site proclaims. "In the meantime, this over-achieving honor student and MVP all-around athlete plans to go to college for business management." I was a little weary of posting these pictures, but I was told it was okay to do so now. The editorial with these picture is all the way from 2004 when the show first aired and a reporter went to Long Island and took pictures of the mansion and different places the boys hang out. I didn't want to post these pictures when GUG was huge because it would only attract stalkers to these areas. Now the show is over and things are more calm, I thought it was a perfect opportunity to share them with those who had a genuine interest in the family. You must be registered to view these pictures. There are a lot of pictures of the mansion and property with the pond, jungle gym, etc. There are also some pictures of where the boys got their famous blow out, the guys responsible for them, and two different places the boys eat. Gino's Pizza was in a few of the episodes. Check out the pictures in the gallery! (The pictures all have descriptions underneathe them)

A day after announcing the cancellation of Growing up Gotti, A&E says it’s considering a spin-off of the show. A&E executive Nancy Dubuc told the New York Post, “We’re going to look for opportunities to continue our relationship with Victoria and the boys. We’re spending a lot of time talking about what the next appropriate show might be.” Victoria Gotti was a bit more specific, saying, “We’ve been kicking around different ideas. One is about the boys being grown up.” She adds that they’re both sad and relieved that the show is over for now: “We’re tired, but we loved doing it. We had an absolute ball doing the show — even the kids who had to put in these tough schedules, as much as they complained, kids are going to be kids and they loved it.” All of this, of course, begs a huge question: Why cancel the show if you essentially want to bring it back in a slightly different form? I mean, it’s not like that kind of move would renew interest in the show or get people to write about it again.

The cable network has whacked the reality show that followed the lives of writer Victoria — daughter of the late crime boss John Gotti — and her three hair-gel-loving sons, Carmine Agnello, 20, John Agnello, 19, and Frankie Agnello, 15. "To be honest, I have mixed emotions," Gotti said. "We're tired, but we loved doing it. We had an absolute ball doing the show — even the kids who had to put in these tough schedules, as much as they complained, kids are going to be kids and they loved it." The show ran for three seasons beginning in 2004, totaling more than 40 episodes. When it began airing, "Growing Up Gotti" was the highest-rated program in A&E history, drawing more than 3.2 million viewers. It soon dropped to a three-season average of 1.2 million.
